There is excitement in the air as Bay Ridge prepares for the arrival of 2008!

Looking back on 2007, it certainly has been a whirlwind of a year for Bay Ridge - literally, if you count August’s tornado!

But instead of recounting the last 12 months or predicting the next, this blogger would like to take the opportunity to share some blog-related notes, thanks, and hopes.

Earlier this week, Right in Bay Ridge received its 10,000th hit since its launch in July.

It has been this blogger’s hope that readers have found Right in Bay Ridge to be an informative and entertaining perspective of sundry aspects of life in our humble pocket of Brooklyn, NY.

Right in Bay Ridge wants to thank the Bay Ridge Rover, Gowanus Lounge, Bay Ridge Talk, Left in Bay Ridge (no relation!), and the other sites linked to the side for helping to put Bay Ridge on the map.
